KidZaar Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
✅ We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if products are unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
✅ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
✅ Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped by us.
✅ Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or a mistake was made by KidZaar.

Note: Sale items and customized products, are non-refundable.
